Looks Can Kill Rebecca Thudin and Larry Fenton,

Rebecca Thudin
Rebecca Thudin
Rebecca Thudin's murder of her husband was featured on American Monster. The episode is described as: "A whirlwind romance ensues after beautiful and mysterious Rebecca Thudin meets dashing Larry Fenton; their union appears to be a match made in heaven, until a murder exposes a tangled web of lies, deceit and buried secrets."

She was working as an escort when she met and
married Larry Fenton, a wealthy man who gave her the world. He was shot in what appeared to be staged as a robbery.

When strapped for cash after his death, she burnt her house down in a bid to collect the insurance money. She is more well known as Rebecca Fenton (her married name). No doubt she's remarried.

  1. Although I feel Rebecca thudin that exactly what she deserved by life in prison, I still feel that the mother played a huge role in her life, she came back to her life 20 something years later, introducing her to alcohol, and I really feel strongly that she encouraged her daughter after not seeing her for so many years to drink with her, she was a bad influence, and alcohol impairs judgement, it also allows you to be come very unstable, and it is an anti depressant when I feel like the mother should have just stayed out of her life, because she didn't know good for her at all, I do feel, however, that Rebecca's thudin actions where her own she what is better off not meeting up with her biological mom, because I feel like she was a serious an bad influence that might have escalated her judgement an thinking, I know that Rebecca is actions were her own, and she made a huge mistake that cost her her life and another innocent man's life who gave her the world. But I also believe that alcohol has a huge impact on someone's life, and can escalate and impair our judgment as well as become dependent on it. I just feel like the mother should have stayed out of the back was life.. She was so quick to say that her own biological daughter was guilty a real mother, even knowing that her daughter was guilty, what if I tried to talk herself out of it because she had that much love for her daughter, but no, she was so quick to say my daughter's guilty and showed no emotion on this episode at all

    2. Alcohol is legalized drug worse than most illegal street drugs out there. You can't blame Alcohol for your actions but it does alter a person's personality and mindset.

  2. I feel that Rebecca thudin was very unstable due to alcohol dependency and it was because her
Biological mother came back into her life and the fact that her mother was an alcoholic and a drug addict, and that was the reason she gave up her own daughter.I understand that people do things for the sake of their children's safety but when she gave her up she obviously didn't learn her lesson 20 something years later when she was provided the opportunity to meet with her daughter 20 something years later and what does she do she moves in with her daughter because her husband lets her and she drinks and encourages her daughter to drink with her and her daughters starts to become dependent on alcohol and yes I do believe that alcohol had a huge impact on her judgement and impairment she became very depressed and unstable because of the alcohol it can do a lot of things then I just think the mother should never came back into her life. By all means, I'm a Christian lady, and I am not one to judge, but after watching this episode, I was really disturbed on the biological mother and how she was so quick to say that her daughter was guilty, whether the evidence was, there are not a mother tries to protect and do whatever she can for her daughter, and doesn't always believe that her daughter guilty, even if they know they are just, she showed no emotions towards her own daughter and I just have a very hard time grasping the fact that she was even on the episode and came back into her life to begin with, because all she was was a bad influence, I mean, come on, really, she gave up her child due to alcohol and drugs, and when she meets up with her 20 something years later, she also introduces her first born daughter to alcohol, I was very disturbed by the mother, as well as the daughters behavior on what she did to her husband, who gave her the world, but I also think the mother should have just stayed on her for life, and maybe, perhaps she would have gotten counseling somehow, or maybe she wouldn't even been gotten involved in alcohol, who knows, but I still think that a mother has a lot to do with the way things turned out for her sorry, but that's how I feel laura miller

    1. Thanks for your comment. Don't forget Rebecca was not a child, she was a grown woman would made the choice to drink. Addiction is what happens after a series of bad choices.
