Rose Marie Kuehni's murder is featured on American Monster on an episode titled, "Life of the Party". It is described as: "Doug and Rose fall in love and get married; however, lies and deceit surface behind their seemingly perfect facade as seen on home videos; then, a no-show at Thanksgiving and a box on the side of the road lead to a shocking discovery".

Shockingly, Rose claimed self defense in the 2015 shooting death of her boyfriend was sentenced to probation Tuesday after pleading to aggravated battery. Doug's family denies her claims of abuse, but since there were no witnesses, it could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

It is not possible to write to Rose Marie, as at this time she is not in custody.

On American Monster, Season Three, the episode titled, “Don't Forget Me“ is about Kelly Harrod and the murder of her husband, Franklin Wayne Harrod Jr.. She agreed to pay for the services of having him killed by Jerry Wayne Trussell with sexual services. She plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
