Two Families Michael Holton and Michael and April Holton

Michael Holton was accused of gunning down his parents Michael and April Holton in their home in Eclectic, Alabama in September 2016, according to Fox News.Holton has always maintained that his father shot his mother before turning the gun on himself.

While there has always been three possible scenarios offered, the state declined to prosecute because none of the theories could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Michael Holton is not in cutody and therefore can not be written to.

    If he is the only suspect, then the sheriff is doing his job by continuing to look for facts connecting the son to the murders of his parents.
